What is Preservation Station?

Preservation Station is a 39,000 sq. ft. former Kentucky schoolhouse transformed into a vibrant destination with over 60 unique shops, a family restaurant, and a spacious event center.


When is Preservation Station open?

We are open Thursday through Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The restaurant operates Thursday–Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for lunch and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for our famous buffet.


What are Market Days and when do they happen?

Market Days are our biggest shopping events of the year, featuring 100+ vendors in addition to our regular 60+ shops. In 2025, Market Days will be held on March 22–23, September 6–7, November 1–2, and November 29.


How can I become a vendor at Preservation Station?

Vendors can apply for either a permanent shop space inside Preservation Station or for a booth during Market Days. Space is limited, so we recommend reaching out early to secure your spot.


Can I rent Preservation Station for private events?

Yes! Our historic gymnasium and event spaces are available for weddings, reunions, parties, and community gatherings. We offer flexible setups and plenty of room for your guests.


What kind of food does the restaurant serve?

Our 100-seat family restaurant specializes in Southern favorites and comfort foods. Join us for a weekday lunch or enjoy our Sunday buffet with hearty homestyle classics.
